Winner of the Dragon class La Coupe de l’Amitié hosted by Yacht Club de Cannes was TUR1212 skippered by Andy Beadsworth with Simon Fry and Arda Baykal.
Light winds as well as stronger conditions determined the winner, with Beadsworth winning four of the eight races, and finishing 16 points clear of Martin Payne’s GBR585 crew followed by Robert Lehmann’s FRA431 in third place.

Teams from Turkey, UK, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Russia and France took part in the regatta with fourteen participating crews during three days of competition, from 28 to 30 January 2022.
