Clipper Round the World Race – Finish 24-26 July off Southsea Castle

On Saturday 25 July 2026 the Clipper Round the World Race fleet parades across the Solent to the finish line off Southsea Castle at Portsmouth.

The world’s greatest ocean adventure is returning to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth after an eleven month, 47,000 mile yacht race around the world.

You can join the Clipper celebrations over 3 days from 24-26 July, and greet the fleet, meet the Race Crew, enjoy live entertainment into the evening and great international food and drinks fit for a heroes welcome.

There are some great viewing locations within walking distance from Gunwharf Quays, with Southsea seafront offering the best views.

Also taking place on Southsea seafront, 25-26 July, in the area of Southsea Castle, is the two-day SailGP Portsmouth Grand Prix which is expected to attract 20,000 spectators.

This will put parking in the seafront area at a premium.
