WASZP Europeans - Action on Day 2

Lake Garda struggles to live-up to its reputation, but racing has started

Two races are completed according to the published results on the event website.

For the first race it seems that the breeze failed to arrive in any strength and a single low-rider race, with occasional pop-ups, resulted.

This was won by Tommy Ciaglia of Italy with second Manu Taine of France and Nicolai Jacobsen, Norway third.

The second race was a win for Australian Tom Trotman ahead of Bruce Curson of New Zealand. Third was Britain's Rory Hunter.

Overall this puts Bruce Curson (4,2) top of the leaderboard, second Thomas Trotman (6,1) and third Nicolai Jacobsen (3,6).

Best placed GBR competitor is Rory Hunter (14,3) in eighth place overall.
