Volvo Ocean Race - Leg 2 Change of direction

Hold the Presses . . . Turn the Tide on Plastic lead Leg 2 of the Volvo Ocean Race . . . at the 13:00 UTC report.

After the whole Volvo fleet gybed to the southwest Saturday morning after the 07:00 UTC Saturday report - the timing of the gybe was so that it would not be visible to the others.

Turn the Tide was the first to gybe back to the east at the 13:00 UTC report.

Several gybes later they retain their lead at the 17:00 hrs position report, seeming to stay east but also taking the chance to gain some southerly distance.
