The windsurfers are drinking in the Last Chance Saloon today after proposals to re-open the windsurfer v kiteboards debate did not receive the required 75% of votes from the ISAF Council on Friday.
It is apparently just possible for a last minute reprieve if members present at the ISAF AGM Saturday afternoon, review any Regulations made or amended in any substantive way by the Council since the last Ordinary Meeting. As defined in the Articles of ISAF, decisions at the General Meeting shall be taken by a simple majority of votes of those present and entitled to vote . . .
