The Royal Corinthian Yacht Club will host the ninth Vice Admiral’s Cup Regatta from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 May 2013 inclusive. Once again there will be six classes. 44 – 46 foot class, which includes the Farr 45s, DK46s and Swan 45s, bringing us an outstanding spectacle as well as some incredibly close racing. The other regular classes will be the J/109s and the Quarter Ton Class who are continuing to grow in numbers.
This year the 50 – 52 ft Class are returning to the event after a break of a year and will once again race under IRC. Also returning are the J/111 and the SB20’s who will be racing on different courses. Racing will take place on two separate courses in the central Solent using a combination of laid windward leeward courses and more traditional Solent "round-the-cans" courses.
