Day two in Palamós started with SW winds of around 18 knots in all racing areas and all sailors sailed afloat to get racing underway at 10h as scheduled. Only the women's 49er FX did not race.
Alison Young keeps her lead in the women's Radial event, but now only one point ahead of Celine Therese of Norway, with Riou Amélie of France now in third. Chloe Martin is fifth.
The 49ers sailed only one race won by Britain's James Peters and Ed Fitzgerald, putting them fifth overall. Nic Asher and Fynn Sterritt are in sixth. Two French teams Julie D’Ortolli and Noé Delpech and Kevin Maillaret and Marco Maillaret lead the standings while Spanish sailors Diego Botin and Yago López keep third place with four points.
In the women's 470 Amy Seabright and Eilidh Mcintyre won race 4 to take the overall lead ahead of Joanna Freeman and Katie Tomsett. Blandin Cassandre and Mery Charlotte of France are third. Peponnet Kevin and Lebrun Julien of France lead the men's 470 event. Britain's Mike Wood and Hugh Brayshaw remain in fifth.
Andrew Mills finished the day in 10th with two more third places but still counting the OCS. Peter Mccoy is top Brit in sixth place and Paul Childs is in seventh. Overall leader is Alex Muscat of Spain with Andrii Gusenko of the Ukraine in second.
Jonasz Stelmaszyk of Poland his lead in the Laser event, Elliot Hanson. Best placed GBR is Elliot Hanson, now in fifth overall.
